They are true gold and shine beautifully.I bought two for sewing onto a belt. They are not going to work for that. Life happens. They will work for something. They have the Iron On backing which makes them a little less easy to sew. That is why I give them only a 4 on easy to use. Other people might want something that is Iron On. I can’t speak to that.
