This works great for preventing sunburned lips, a constant problem while sailing.I'm still looking...It works for moisturising lips but if you accidentally get any in your mouth the displeasure of the rancid taste made me not use it, any more.Love this stuff! I know that I need to put SPF on my lips, but my lips are really sensitive and I can't use many products without them flaring up. Except for this -- it works perfectly!Goes on smooth! As far as I can tell there is no scent and I am very happy about that. If you are very sensitive, you might notice a slight flavor.When I had used it on a trip to Az, my lips did not get sunburned. However, it did taste bad and made my water taste poorly.Moisturizer on chapped lipsso far no sunburn. Nothing like using a product that has sunscreen only to find out the hard way that it literally burns them like a grease fire! I got this product to see if it would indeed block the sun. So far it has worked. Glad to knowLong delively wait and I'd forgotten i'd ordered it but worked really well in the Florida sunshine. Thankfully my lips remained supple and didn't dry out once during the holiday. I'm really pleased with this and have been able to use it in the UK during our current heat wave. Everywhere is capable of burning and just like ears people tend to neglect their lips. Yes you can rub sun cream over them initially with you application of facial suncream but for re-application during the day this has been brilliant.A bit expensive for the size of the stick. It has very little flavour which is a bonus and seems to last quite well. I rate Banana boat products and use their liquid sun block all the time. THis is a good addition to protect your lips.Amazing worth every penny .. always get sun blisters but touchwood since using this not had anyReally good at preventing cold sores due to exposure to high UV.
