I cut patches in half for a knee injury, great adhesion and flexible with movement. Stings a little but reduces pain tremendously. 4th purchase as I have found nothing better. It worked for him too!You feel tingly in the area while it's on your skin. It then feels hot. Not a burn hot, just heat. It smells good too.This patch burned severely. Had to remove within 4 hours of use.
