Overall this is a nice shirt: nothing too exciting. For the price, I honestly expected better. You're paying here mostly for the name. The fit was slim, which I actually liked. I didn't like the plain plastic buttons, and I certainly wouldn't call it flannel.Comfortable, nice fit at about five times the price of most other shirts.Of course you can wear any shirt untucked and non Oxford shirt options are available from many sellers. This shirt has something a bit more than the average.This shirt is a prime example of “you get what you pay for.” The look may resemble cheaper options but the feel is far above average.Even right out of the package this shirt loses all of its wrinkles. The collar is stiff but not scratchy. A little too hot for the Texas summer weather but it’ll come in handy in the fall and winter months.This shirt is soft and warm, perfect for cooler days. The color and pattern are attractive. The collar and cuffs are crisp. The shirt is true to size, it is a classic fit. My husband is 5’7” and weighs 190 lbs, the large fit him perfectly. The top button is a little difficult to button, the other buttons button with ease. Over all this is a nice shirt but there is nothing “wow” about it to justify the steep $100 price tag.I ordered this for my live-in boyfriend who only wears flannels untucked during the fall/winter. Below is his review of this untucked flannel:"This flannel is awesome! I wish all of my flannels were this nice, but not for that price tag! ($110 at time of writing this review). Of course there are many other shirts with this pattern or similar for far less money, however you do get what you pay for... we are not opposed to Walmart brand in this household, but we do prefer the finer things in life (as do most people), and this shirt is no exception. The fabric is top notch quality, it is stretchy and breathable and helps with sweating.I will purchase more of these shirts for my boyfriend, for Christmas or his birthday since they are pretty expensive. They do make a great gift! And anyone receiving one will be satisfied.I heard of the Untuckit brand years ago with their constant advertising. Their concept is a new twist on business casual, resulting in a button-down shirt with clean lines and a dress collar that looks good when worn untucked. This concept takes some getting used to.My first impression of the actual shirt was a balanced mix of surprise and disappointment. I like minimalist packaging that reduces waste, but this shirt came straight from a shelf directly to my porch. There was no outer envelope, just the see-through plastic package. How bizarre, but that sets the tone.As I try it on, I find that the collar is crisp like a dress shirt, and the fabric is a substantial upgrade from ordinary flannel. It fits me as well as it fits the model as long as I do as he does: Deep breath, chest out, suck in the gut, roll up the sleeves, unbutton the neck, and untuck. Polo shirts are certainly more forgiving and provide a similar business casual look.At $109, I have to laugh. The Untuckit site offers 25% off coupons for first-time buyers, and many of their shirts are half-priced, which I would consider a fair price. If I wanted to dress up, I would not go with the flannel pattern, which is patently casual. I have an ordinary flannel for $20, which is much more comfortable but of lesser quality.
