the nose piercing holds up well, even when moving around a lot it doesn't fall out or move at all, appears pretty much the same as a regular piercing, unfortunately the lip piercing isn't as durable, and for me it falls out pretty easy, and is basically unwearable for regular use, so definitely worth the buy for the nose piercings, but personally the lip piercings weren't for me
