Let me say right off the top that I did not know that this was a product from Turkey. I'm usually very wary of skin products from other countries because of my allergies, skin sensitivities ,and uncertainty about the safety of ingredients used. Our "FDA" may not be perfect, but it does protect us from many harmful or questionable ingredients in skincare. That said, I checked out the ingredient list , which SADLY is NOT LISTED ON THE BUY PAGE. That's always a big no-no for me. I mean how can we be safe and well-informed if we don't know what we're buying? The list includes:Seabuckthorn (very good)Evening Primrose (meh)Marigold (plumping)Castor oil (moisturizing)Beeswax (for moisture retention)Olive oil (good)Coconut oil (good)Shea butter (good).Tocopherol (reliable anti-oxidant),As it turns out, there's nothing to be concerned about in the ingredient list in general, although Evening Primrose and Marigold are flower derivatives which could be an issue with my allergies. The feel of the lip balm is very much like old school Chapstick (very slick and smooth), which I love BTW and is no longer offered in its original formulation. Some consumers object to the use of synthetic beeswax (no need to worry) in general, and also Petrolatum as found in old school Chapstick, even though it provides an excellent moisture barrier for lips and is quite effective. Petrolatum (Vaseline) can be used on lips all by itself and works very well.) Its the ONLY time that I approve of it as an ingredient because it's a by-product of petroleum oil waste and considered highly comedogenic (pore clogging in regular skincare. Is this product safe? Yes. Is it smooth and emollient in a way that I like a lip balm to be? Yes, because it reminds me of old-school Chapstick. My only reservations are the two flower ingredients, but that's only from a personal allergy standpoint. The better moisturizers -- olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter -- are at the bottom of the ingredient list, instead of at the top, so that's another consideration. The price is higher than American lip balms that are much better in general, so I wouldn't re-order this for that reason. Unless I get an allergic reaction from those two ingredients, I'll use this entire tube. But, the company should print its ingredient list on the buy page, and I'll admit some skepticism over the packaging. A descriptive sticker in English covered up the main points on the package which were printed in Turkish. I peeled off the sticker to see what was underneath and then commenced my research of the ingredient list. It's an okay lip balm, but the overall ingredient list make it not a preference for me.PRODUCT FROM TURKEYTastes awful and didn't stay on long enough. Not a fan of the consistency either. Others seem to like it though, so perhaps your experience will differ.A nice little tube of lip balm that is loaded with beeswax. The tube is well constructed and the consistency of the balm itself is okay. Because it contains so much beeswax, the stick is a bit on the thick side; however, it's just moist enough to allow for easy enough application. Sometimes those with lots of beeswax can be difficult. This may too be after some time has passed or possibly in very cold weather. Time will tell on that. As of now, it's done well. I've found that you will need several swipes across the lips to get enough to treat your lips. Once that's done, it will seep into the pores for a deeper treatment. Yet, because it is somewhat thick, you will also have some remain on the surface for further treatment. All in all, I find this to be an okay lip balm. Not the best that I've used, but works well enough. The only real downside is that I don't think that it works long enough. I find that I need to keep applying more a little too soon. But while it's working, I do like the balm. This lip balm has a nice extra moist texture that I really like using on my lips. It's easy to spread across the lips and absorbs deeply while also leaving a nice layer on the surface. It's very soothing and helps to heal chapped lips. No real taste or scent. Seems to be clean and natural. It holds up okay, but not quite as long as I'd prefer. Good for the lips, nevertheless. This lip balm smells nice but tastes terrible! It has honey which is known for its moisturizing and antimicrobial properties. It does a nice job moisturizing my lips and its only a little sticky I think I'll appreciate it much more in the dry winter months.I got this because I use nontoxic products. You can tell by the packaging that the company is really proud to offer a natural product. I don't know about manufacturing in Turkey. I really like how it feels and is a little shiny. It is easy to apply and I like how the tube works. It is a great size. I recommend. A great value. This is a soothing and natural lip balm. Good ingredients. Flavor and scent free. Just moisturizes the lips and keeps them smooth. I am a lip balm snob and I'm impressed with this one.Usually I love anything that contains honey. Natural, antibacterial, and soothing. While this does moisturize your lips, it's also thick, sticky, and tastes bad. You can get better at a local store for less. This lip balm is nice and soft and smooth it leaves my lips feeling hydrated and it doesn't make them feel sticky. I reapplied this a few times throughout the day as it wears away and enjoyed the honey smell to it. It doesn't have a noticeable color when it's on your lips it's clear so it's nice for anyone who just wants hydrationSIVENO %100 Natural Moisturizing Intensive Care Lip Balm is easy to apply to lips. It is quite moisturizing and the effect lasts long. I like the main ingredients, beeswax and shea butter. Keep your lips soft and smooth! This is an absolutely lovely and all natural balm.It goes on easily and it moisturizes really well. There is no scent which I appreciate.
