Great gift for young girls. She felt special with her balm. Highly recommend!I have bought these in the past, so I know the product is good, but mine arrived dented and it's impossible to open. I've tried a rubber grip, putting it in the fridge, etc, but the lid won't budge. Super bummed.I have bought and used this product for four years. I would never again use another lip balm.exactly what i hoped it would be like.Have noticed that this product is so good in hydrating my lips that I only have to apply at night or perhaps once during the day. Wish I had known about this years ago. This has definitely solved my chapped lip problem. Will buy again. It may be expensive but it's worth it.unique packaged product at excellent price.Good productsmells delicious, just have to keep reapplying.
