Ok so I just got this yesterday and I'm already in love with it. I don't know about everyone else, but I have had a surprisingly hard time finding a lip balm that actually feels like it hydrates/moisturizes my lips. Most tend to my my lips feel ok right after applying, but within the hour they'll feel dry again and often leave a really gross, gunky residue. This balm absorbs so well and leaves my lips feeling absolutely amazing. I seriously can't remember the last time that they felt this good. And no gross flavor or scent to boot! For winter weather, I highly recommend Jack Black Intense Therapy as it's the only balm I've found so far that effectively protects my lips without leaving white gunk and has spf, but it's kind of heavy and I was looking for something for night time/indoor use and this stuff is PERFECT. Also, while the Jack Black balm does protect my lips from further dryness and heal them to some extent, I really can't emphasize enough that my lips have NEVER felt as soft, silky, plump and all around lovely as after using the hyalogic!!! I'm glad that it doesn't have spf since I don't want or need that at night/indoors, but if they made a version with it I'd use it all summer long!!! If anyone from the company happens to read this please consider doing that!!! Oh, and it's also a really sizable amount for the price :)UPDATE (1/30/15):Still using this lip balm and its great. In fact, I'm still using the same one that I purchased about 10 months ago. I used to have very dry lips pretty consistently, particularly in the winter, but it hasn't been as much of a problem this season and I just realized why: I switched to SLS free toothpaste last summer. I just realized this because I ran out of the toothpaste I'd switched to and bought a normal one because they don't sell the SLS-free kind in my neighborhood and I was like it probably doesn't matter anyway. Wrong. I just brushed my teeth and only a few minutes later I looked in the mirror and noticed that my lips were a peeling disaster out of nowhere. Put on some of this lip balm and they are feeling a lot better already. But I thought I'd post this here since I'm guessing that most people considering fancy lip balms might also benefit from switching to SLS-free toothpaste. If anyone is interested, the toothpaste I'd switched to (and will switch back to ASAP) was Sensodyne Pronamel and the CVS brand knock off of it. I think I didn't realize when I switched that it made such a big difference because it was over the summer when I generally have much less of a problem with lip hydration anyway. Anyhow, I still recommend this lip balm very highly and if you have a serious problem with dry lips and aren't already using SLS-free toothpaste, definitely give it a try!
