Well made item. I purchased the extra large for one of my six Golden Retrievers. The actual girth of the product would handle much larger dogs. Appears to be very comfortable. Despite ordering the black a red one came but that doesn't matter as the red turns out to be very attractive. I love the possibility of changing the velcro strips. The reflective strips and the reflective chest strap certainly draw attention. The dog I purchased this for has no problem wearing it. The reason to purchase this was to draw people's attention that this dog is very protective of me and any approaching owner with another dog needs to be aware. Works like a dream and makes this excitable animal actually less so. Must be the calming effect of wearing it. Makes me more comfortable not having to use a chain-type collar and I can control the dog better too as the handle is placed perfectly to help with restraint.
